A good CV is vital to securing you that interview. Your CV has a massive purpose on getting you as many appropriate interviews as possible. It creates a wide opportunity by showing people you have valuable benefits to offer an organisation.
Your CV must include:
• Your name – full name
• Your address, postcode and telephone number
• A brief profile highlighting the aspects of your expertise and career that you wish the reader to focus on
• Your highest professional and academic achievements
Your CV should be positive and interesting, with the
information presented in short, punchy sentences. You want your CV to be professional and clear, with a maximum of 2-3 pages as it best to keep it short. Having a long and wordy CV does not impress the people reading it, they will just get bored if you’ve included unneeded information.
