Company Overview – Field Sales Executive (Security Systems)

Our Client are currently looking for a Security Field Sales Executive to join their highly valued team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Field Sales Executive (Security Systems) Role and Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyse products to identify customer requirements for solutions.
  • Recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide customer quotes based on engineering visits and recommendations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective security customers.
  • Develop and grow a self-generated business pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Security to understand full product range and future direction of products and how this will impact customer solutions.
  • Record all customer interactions on internal CRM.
  • Work towards achieving monthly targets and KPIs set by the Head of Security.

Field Sales Executive (Security Systems) Skills and Experience:

  • Previous sales experience and a background in solution selling is essential.
  • Demonstrable understanding of lead generation and efficient management of opportunities.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically, plan ahead and anticipate challenges.
  • Be technically minded in order to provide tailored quotations to customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persuasively convey the value of products or services to potential customers.
  • Be self-motivated and adept at collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment.
  • Prior experience in selling security systems is preferred.
