Service Manager (Fire Protection Industry) Package Overview:

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (Negotiable, depending on experience)

Location: South West – office is easily accessible from Shaftesbury, Salisbury, Warminster, Fordingbridge and Amesbury

Primarily office-based with occasional attendance at meetings and events

This position is based in the Fire Protection Division of the organisation.

Service Manager (Fire Protection Industry) Role and Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the department
Provide support to both Service Engineers and customers
Offer technical assistance as required
Stay informed on current fire industry regulations
Assist with job allocation, staff rotas, and recruitment processes
Lead investigations into customer complaints
Ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
Address and resolve service-related issues
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations at all times

Service Manager (Fire Protection Industry) Skills and Experience:

Previous experience within the Fire industry is required
In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and service delivery standards
Full UK driving licence (or equivalent)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proven experience and ability to motivate and manage teams
