Air Conditioning Supervisor Overview:
Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer ready to step up into a leadership role? We’re on the lookout for an Air Conditioning Supervisor to support and develop a growing commercial team across Bedfordshire and surrounding areas.
As Air Conditioning Supervisor, you will:
- Provide hands-on technical support to engineers in the field
- Oversee service, maintenance, and installation works
- Support and develop a wider AC engineering team
- Assist the Operations team in growing and strengthening the department
- Ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys mentoring others while remaining technically involved.
Air Conditioning Supervisor Skills Required:
- Proven experience in AC service, maintenance, and installations
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers (formal supervisory experience desirable)
- Commercial air source experience advantageous but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
